Driven, compassionate, and focused Yoga, Meditation, and Empowered Mindset Coach serving individuals, groups, and workplaces to inspire, empower, and motivate all bodies to move, breathe, and think with intention, clarity, and focus.

Jess guides intuitive classes that empower students to find space, increase body/mind awareness, and safely and effectively grow their individual practice. As an experienced yoga teacher with 500+ hours of teacher training and 7 years of teaching experience, she has guided yoga for a variety of body and mobility types.

In her downtime, Jess enjoys travel, gardening, reading, writing, wine, and the occasional cigar.

In addition to the physical movement practices, Jessica also guides the following styles of meditation:

A life-long learner and self-educated in simple tools to help enhance brain function and whole body health, Jess guides Empowered Mindful Movement + Meditation and Empowered Mindset Masterclasses.
