“My time in my coaching session with Jess was so helpful. I appreciated how focused the session was and solution oriented with ideas that worked for me. Sometimes just having someone to brainstorm with is so helpful! Jess is that person. “

“Jessica is a high quality instructor. I always feel great after a session with her.”

“It is an environment where I do not feel judged. I can come in, do the work, and feel good about where I am when I am done.”

“Jess is great about cuing our breathing and checking in with what our bodies need. I really appreciate the variety of positions week to week. Never the same practice. She is very good with first timers as well as those who have practiced for a while.”
