Jess guides intuitive classes that empower students to find space, increase body/mind awareness, and safely and effectively grow their individual practice. As an experienced yoga teacher with 500+ hours of teacher training and 6+ years of teaching experience, she has guided yoga for a variety of body types and mobility ranges.
